At Cool Gifts 4u our goal is customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your order we will do whatever we can to make it right.

• If your item is damaged it is very important that you initiate contact as soon as possible.
• Save all documentation.
• If you are just unhappy with your purchase we will try to work with you to find a solution.
• Packaging must be original and undamaged if possible.
• All returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Items that are returned and no replacement is needed, the shipping will not be refunded.
• If you wish to exchange an item in general that is not damaged or was not incorrectly shipped, then your item will be exchanged but shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
• Opened DVD's or open KEM cards cannot be returned. There are no exceptions. If you do return them, and they are opened, you will not be refunded. We can not resell opened DVD's, or KEM cards.
• I am personally checking stock levels but occasionally I miss something. If you have ordered an item that is not available I will refund your funds immediately!
